help choosing

Hi!
I've just dropped my slow and bulky HP945 and now I'm looking 4 a new camera.
The specs are:
No more than 5 Mp (I don't print pics)
SD memory card (I have many)
Fast Start up
Compact body
Movie with sound
Preferible with standard batteries
Min 3X optical zoom
Price, no more than USD 400

So, until yesterday my favorites were:
1- Nikon coolpix 5900
2- Konica Minolta X50 or 60 (which is better?)
3- Pentax s55
4- Canon IXUS 40
5- Some small casio model

TODAY, I've decided to take a 3.2 Mp max, then I narrowed the list to:

1- Pentax Optio s45 (Anybody knows if the movie is with sound? the spec tells 'added' sound!) price US280
2- Canon IXUS 30 (SD200)- US 250
3- Since I loved the Konica Minolta X50 or 60 - US 330

It is really hard for me to make a choice since here in Israel you cannot test the camera in the shops, so you need to rely on reviews and friends' experience.

What are your comments? Pros and cons?

I can only speak to the Canon. I have relatives who have that model, and they love it. Goes everywhere with them, more than their bulky dslr (Olympuse e-10). Most people like the warm skin tones and general warmth from the Canon cameras.
