Default Photocamel Themed Contest : Perspective - VOTING

Ok, get your lens out and thinking caps on the theme is "PERSPECTIVE" wide or telephoto, what we need to see is how the lens can alter what we view as normal with our own eyes and how the lens distorts it, can be colour or BW, closing date is midnight 31st March 06

Here's my entry. Was going to post colour but could not bring myself to it

Ok Voting has now opened, get your votes in, three votes allowed per person

Ooh, I have an idea, but I'm glad that we've got so long because the first I'll be able to do it is the 25th.

What the heck is that Russ ? [ I think it may have benefitted from a polarizing filter as well ]

Perspective distortion from my 20mm f/2.8 prime makes a session with this sweet Shar-Pei
appear life threatening, when in reality, the biggest threat was getting slobber on the lens.

Dvdowns : It is the Arab du Monde lnstitute in Paris. Each window make of of a selection of Iris's which control how much light comes in. The who wall is covered in them! Very cool to watch as people inside adjust them. As for a polerizer, yes one would have been handy but I was using a lens with a thread diameter of 82mm so can not yet afford one!

The Cokin "P" series doesn't even go that big , it would cost a bit for a filter then !
