Thank you August. I think my problem when I attempted this was doing something to them before doing the automate part. I can't remember for sure though because it's been a while since I did it. When you say they have to be saved...does that mean when I open them that I need to resave them? I might just have to try this with some shots from my new Lensbaby 2.0 to see how it looks. Thanks for your quickie instructions. They are much easier to follow than the tutorial I was trying to use.

you're very welcome kris. glad to be of service.

if you open them and do not make any alterations to them, they will not need to be resaved before you work with them.

Both are beautiful photos! Well done and deserved!
I hand hold, iglove, also. [except for longer exposures] the bracketing works fine unless there is wind.
thanks for all the info everypne!

Special thanks to Bob Stothhfang and August for posting the individual images. The only way we beginners can learn from others HDR work is to see the images from which the final work is constructed. I really hope that others posting HDR work would (at least occassionally) follow this example.

Anymore examples or advice to share from those more experienced would be grrrreat!

If you are not comfortable with CS2 there is another program for HDR called DynamicHDR that is very easy to use.

P.S Congrats to the winners stunning images guys.
