i am actually laying face down on the track shooting with a lot of lens from well past the finish line. I snapped this one shot and had 13 seconds to right myself and shoot the same hurdler as he cleared the final hurdle and cross the finish line as the winner of the Regional Meet. My only wish is that it was not over 90' that day as you can see quite a bit of heat coming off the track in the photo. If it was a crisp clear 60' day I could have got a cleaner shot.
