Amazing picture, a little unsettling in these times but then again who can object to beautiful women lighting fires.

Smoking hot shot! Where are you guys coming up with all these fantastic ideas lately? Of course the skills of the photog's are top notch too but the imagination behind some of these are just great.

Thank you very much. As a really new member I am honored.
Im a bluescreen guy. So I find images that I paste my models into or the other way around. And sometimes I make backgrounds in PS or in a 3d app.Im kind of new to photography so I like to experiment a lot. Have been shooting regurarily for a little over a year when I got my Rebel XT.
Dominique is one of the models I have shot the most.

Very creative and well executed. Even the light on the subject looks warm, like the glow from the flames in the background.

I could tell immediately that it was an edited picture. The woman doesnt quite look like she belongs to the picture. But it is an interesting picture.

Interesting topic for sure and it was kind of obvious it was a bluescreen or montage of some sort.

I'm curious as how you manage to get thin hairs and the lace to so seamingless be knocked out from your bluescree, so it looks natural? Do you use any special knockout software?

I am more leaning towards some sort of illustrated look with my images, hyper realism is not essential ( although I try try to make the blends as good as I can , still working though on all aspects of photography and editing, as I am quite new to all of this ).

Regarding hair extraction , as long as the contrast is good between subject and screen the extract filte can make a good starting point. A more timeconsuming methid is the Russell Brown way by using one of the channels as a starting point for a layer mask. I have heard good things about Primatte and the Fluid Mask software seems able to to a good job, but I havent tried one of those.
