Very nice pic.
pro:
beautifull lighting (one softbox, slightly overhead the camera??)
sloping shoulders
'messy' hair
very confident expression of the model...

con:
hair on her right shoulder (for the viewer left)
spots on chin and chest (one minute in Photoshop and they're gone)

Just my modest opinion!
