Default Video Game Style photography

This is a new series I'm trying to start on video game inspired photography. Any feedback would be appreciated. And yes I will be fixing the orange on the guns, just haven't had time.

Thanks

This would work a little better with the removal of the orange tips on the guns. I understand their point, and they are mandated by law for such things, that said it has to be done during post processing. I do however feel that this series of photos would fit your intention is it was not crystal clear that your props are merely props...Know what I mean

I think #1 is really cool. #4 is also cool but the background whilst appropriate is a bit cluttered.

If these were my pics, I would darken the backgrounds down a bit and go for strong cross-lighting effects with selective contrast in PP. Maybe the selective use of Lucis filter or something similar. It looks like you might have even done this but if you have then not enought for my tastes (dont get me wrong though, I still really like them!).

I think its a really good idea and your model is 'smokin' both in pose and attitude. I take it you have used a pretty wide lens which also really suits the 'mood' of the shots.

Anyway, thats my $0.02 worth.

I look forward to seeing how these pics develop.

Regards,

George

I feel the models acting isn't as good as the images. Somehow she doesn't look like she means it.

Like the idea and terrific use of wide angle.

Save yourself some effort and use black masking tape on the guns before shooting, painting out that orange is going to be a pain!!

Judging by some of the poses I would have to say they are EDR.

These shots rock! But yes, like an earlier post said, the orange tips gotta go! You can buy Paintball pistols that would work perfect for these shots!
RAMX50 Paintball Pistol
Love the idea of the shots though, great model as well!
