It's all Photoshop. I made 3 equal size panels each with a solid slightly differing shade of blue, applied a bubble filter and pillow emboss equally to each. I then moved them, side by side, onto a new canvas. Applied the polar coordinate filter. Duplicated that result, flipped the dupe 180 and moved both of those to another new canvas and put a black border on that canvas. I then did 2 more passes of the polar coordinate filter.
It's the first time I've made an abstract that was not based on a source photograph. Thanks for the comment. Thank you Biff. __________________
