Name That Lab!
Well...our new little "heartbeat" in the house needs a name! 8 weeks old. Yellow lab, great blood line, which doesn't mean much when you need a name, however! We've thought about "Bear", I like "Axel" (after a Rottweiler that died way before his time!). But maybe take a second to give us a suggestion! Would like two syllables, if possible! His 2 1/2 year old black lab housemate's name is K.C.! High energy. Loves his daily walks in the woods! This little guy is all "boy"! Steals toys from the older, even though he has his own new ones! We've had him just a little over 24 hours...so we're anxious to get him a name he'll respond to! So...give us a shout with your suggestions! Here are a few images...besides my avatar! TIA!

I would say Rocco but thats my dogs name so my suggestion would be Chaos. K.C. and Chaos sounds good when you say them together I think. Good luck with the name searching on that beautiful puppy.
Another name popped in my head just now, how about Kasem as in Casey Kasem the radio show personality (now im showing my age LOL). ***KC Kasem*** hahaa just another thought |

First, congratulations on the new addition to your family!
I was going to name our dog "Luke" short for Cool Hand Luke from the Paul Newman movie. But, the breeder had named him Bristol and that's what we ended up keeping as his name. Were we to get another male, his name would be Luke. |

So cute! Our dogs are all females; but when we were picking up our last pup, my son had suggested "Turbo" for a name, which I liked a lot but thought it was too masculine. I also like Toby for a dog's name. And Bosco is good too.
Can't wait for more pictures! |

Thanks for the suggestions so far!
We'll try out a couple of names on him today. It's tough to know if he comes to you because of the name, or if he was going to come to you anyway!  It takes time! Luke was our first black lab, and Toby passed just recently. |

Another thought, since you are quite the movie buff - a name that reflects classic cinema: Orson, Basil, Hitch, Bogart . . .
So cute! You will just need to see which name best fits his personality __________________
