Well friends compition time!

The Call is for the best images that are made with Pentax Camera's in 2010

Rules : post model , lens, iso, aperture stop (f..)

Hard to pick the best, but this is one of my recent favs. Model:K110D Lens:smc PENTAX-DA 18-55mm F3.5-5.6 AL better known as "kit lens" ISO 200 F stop: 7.1. Shutter speed: 1/125

Don't know if this qualifies, but...

5 exposure HDR, bracketed around an exposure of 7/10@f27, ISO 100 with a K10D. Tonemap via Qtpfsgui.

One that I like Many good ones but I like to think the next one I take will be my best.

The weather has been cold and dreary so here's some cool shots. Both F8 1/30" @400 ISO K10D with Pentax A 50mm f1.7 on a French branded Vivitar 2X tele-macro converter. I bumped the blue curve in the first one (maybe too much).

All are very interesting, but the last one is my favorite. I like the top portion of the image cropped down to just above the center blade of grass. The grass blades leads my eye directly to the fantastic spectrum of colors. The image gives me the feeling that I am viewing a water painting. Good work, and thanks for letting us see them!
