I bought a second hand Sigma 1000mm f/13.5 mirror lens.
As you can see in the moon picture there are dust on the mirror. Is it any possibility to disassemble the lens and cleaning it my self? ![]() __________________

be very very carefull, you have a "first surface" mirror. That is, the reflective coating is on top, very easily to scratch. Much safer to do some dustspotting in PS.

Charles S. Fallis
2532 Keagy Road Salem, VA 24153 FallisPhoto [at] aol [dot] com He fixes all my old lenses ![]() He would probably make that lens like new for $25 He is a great repairman that specializes in rangefinders but also does SLR lenses. I pick up old lenses in bad condition and he returns them to me like new, removing dust and fungus and everything. I am not affiliated with him but I like him a lot. Google "FallisPhoto" and you'll find him all over the 'net Good luck! Craig __________________
