Default Sigma SD10 £299 at warehouseexpress.com (UK)

Not sure if this is reasonable price or not - seems like an absolute bargain to me and almost tempted to grab it just to see what the Foveon fuss is all about .

Greetings
That seems like a very good price. I think Sigma is clearing out the last of their SD10 before they introduce the new SD camera or cameras. Once you shoot with the Foveon chip you'll be hard pressed to ever get rid of it. The images are great, but as with any digital it has it's issues. Remember to use the Sigma EX glass for the best results. I own 2 SD10's and 5 EX lenses. I also own 2 other Digital camera systems and I'll say this, when the SD10 is right on, when it hits it, there isn't another camera that can even come close, not even close. I've made 30x36 images that were flawless as good or better than a FF cameras and very close to mediun format. I think the next generation Foveon will kick the rear end of most of the other companies. Remember this is the 1st generation camera for Sigma/Foveon.
Have fun
Roger J.

It wasn't on the 8th November 2005. Maybe someone bought it.
