Default Cosmicar Television Lens 12.5mm 1:1.9

My coworker gave me her lens which is Cosmicar Television Lens 12.5mm 1:1.9. Of course it doesn't fit my Canon T3i camera and I am currently trying to find the right adapter. Currently I am eyeing at fotodiox in amazon, saw 3 customer reviews, 2 of them said that it mounted correctly but was out of focus. I just sent an email to Fotodiox company asking if they have the right adapter.

Do anyone have experience with mounting cosmicar or 12.5mm on their DSLR similar to my Canon T3i?

I am curious on what image would look like from that lenses @ 12.5mm.

Thanks.

That lens sounds as it could have a C-mount. If that's the case and you want to use it, you'll need a C-mount adapter for your camera. And then the question arises, for what format that lens is, how much of your sensor does it cover and whether you can focus with that lens to infinity. The last is usually less of a problem with mirrorless cameras than with dslr.
