Harry, I feel for you - I really do. Losing your chicken is like losing one of your limbs, but without the losing the limbs bit.

I lost mine not too long ago. It was killed while crossing the road. Why the chicken crossed the road, I will never know...



Best of luck in finding your G. gallus domesticus. It's only when someone suffers such a loss that you realize that normal eggs don't bounce. An expensive lesson. It's probably a long stretch, but I hope she comes home to the roost soon. Best of luck.
