All this talk of losing weight- I have lost some, too. I am down from 195 to 180 and still losing. My goal is 170. I am 5'10" so 170 would be ideal for me.

By losing this weight, I have gone back to wearing vintage Hawaiian shirts and antique wrist watches. Women are starting to notice me more. I look like Don Ho in his prime.

Life is good.

Head ache, fever, feeling hyper sensitive all over my body, muscle and joint pain, loss of energy and elevated blood pressure. At first I though this was a large pimple, at one time it had a small puss pocket on it and was about 3" in diameter. Going on 5 dyas now I know it's a Black Widow bite! On the inside left lower leg:

Edit: Okay to save some of you the trouble, in the James Bond movie "The Man With The Golden Gun", Francisco Scaramanga was a hired killer.
Charged $1,000,000 per kill. Had a Golden Gun (obviously) and his bullets were made of gold as well. He could only be identified by his third nipple.

Yeah, that has the telltale dark center. A friend had one and went to the doc but I never knew what they did for her. Her's was just a day old, though.
