Have you any idea, when you're actually tracking what you eat, and try to eat healthy, how tough it is to eat 62 points in a day?

This morning, albeit, not terribly healthy, I had a bowl of frosted flakes with nonfat milk.

Lunch was Stouffers Chicken a la King and an apple.

Chicken, veggies, spaghetti sauce. One piece of chicken and 1/2 cup of sauce is 5 points. I had a tad more sauce, so.

Balsamic Vinegar for the dressing.

Tell me about it. I dont do weight watchers, but when I am losing weight, my daily calories are about 2500. When lifting to bulk, its 3500..

It's a hot day in Concord, CA today (where I work). The weather weanies say it's supposed to be 99. They are always conservative.

Did I ever mention that I work in a warehouse wih no heat in the winter and (you guessed it) no AC in the summer?

Lucky me, today one of the engineers wants some data off some experiments we've been running.
I'm currently sitting in a dark, air conditioned room.

I didn't buy the truck. It was given to me, with a blown motor.
I replaced the engine with a rebuild, as well as a host of other parts.
The fact that it didn't have A/C didn't dawn on me until I started to drive it.
