Funny thing is, I prefer the heat to the cold.
My wife and I have talked about retiring to Arizona. Now, not all parts of Arizona have 118 degree days. I understand there are parts that get snow every year.
I'd like to find something in the middle.

Don't get me wrong, California is nice and all that, but it's expensive as all hell to live here.
And the political climate and I don't get along.
