Woke up this morning with this dull pain in my left hamstring to the left side of the groin muscle, goes up to the lower back. I don't know how it got there, all I know is that it was not like this ten years ago! Sucks!

I've found that the more I exercise, the less I have these pains. It's enough of an incentive to keep me going to the gym.

The cute chicks in tight clothes help, too.

Yeah, I know, but there's not enough hours in a day for everything I want to do. LOL just a few minutes ago, my neck just did a spasm/twitch, I need to stretch out! LOL

It's all about priorities. 3-4 times a week, maybe an hour or so each time. Not a big deal, especially since I don't watch TV. Amazing how much extra time I have without scheduling my world around a television program that numbs the mind.
