A common feature in UK cities are the bollards that rise and fall to prevent unauthorised traffic from entering certain areas. Some people just can't resist trying to sneak in though...

You can see big flashing warning signs at the beginning of the clip. They can't miss them really. I like to think of such behaviour as Darwinism in action.
