Something to think about. It's not something I had ever really thought about and was surprised the photographer lost.

Court: Christian studio that refused to photograph ceremony discriminated against gay couple - The Washington Post

May be something to think of when doing consultations...

The definition of the word "Discrimination" is.
"The unjust or prejudicial treatment of different categories of people or things, esp. on the grounds of race, age, or sex".

What I need to know is...

Did the photographer ever deny his services to a heterosexual couple wherein the bride or groom had been married before?

According to his religion that would be adultery. (Marrying more than once).

The Bible draws no distinction between its penalty for adultery and homosexuality. Yet the Christian community accepts one and denounces another. Why?

I do not intend this to offend anyone... I am simply trying to understand the photographers confused sense of morality.

The world has indeed taken total loss of it's senses. I remember seeing signs in various business establishments which read, "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone". What happened to being able to decide who you wanted to take as a client and who you did not? I wonder what would happen if a couple refused to hire a photographer because he was gay and he sued them for discrimination, after all, in a sense he would be working for them even if on a contractual basis.

What's next, being sued because your price structure discriminates against those who have an inability to pay?
