The comparisons aren't close, is Ron Paul perfect? Absolutely not, but he believes in things I believe in, so if he's a fruitcake or a nut or any other derogotory name you can think well so are a lot of Americans.

The other nuts running for the Republican nomination are nothing more than that- nuts. Paul is not as bad as Cain, Santorum, or Bachman- especially Bachman. But, he is damn near close to them. All of them are fruitcakes, but he is the King Fruitcake. And if there are millions of other fruitcakes, yourself included, that follow the freak, well, my friend, you are what you are.

Trust me, I am being nice about this. Just ask any of the other nitwits on here about me....

You have to remember, Rick isn't going to vote for Obama because Obama is not liberal enough for him. Rick is going to vote the 'Socialist' ticket this time around.

For me, the only one of them I would vote for is Ron Paul. Actually, I wish Paul Ryan would have ran. I would have voted for him, also. As it is, I'll probably stay home this upcoming election.

So ridiculous that two states whose total population doesn't equal that of a lot of major cities in the U.S. get to decide who is going to be running for president.

I guess it's just easier for the power's that be to control a smaller amount of people than the entire country.

The whole entire system needs to be changed. But like a runaway train, who knows if it can be fixed, or if we are just waiting to clean up the mess.

I dont know anything about Ryan. Ill have to check him out.

Yeah, go check out Ryan, Douglas. You will find him to be just another twit from the Party of No. His budget proposals are ridiculous- you know the standard fare- reduce taxes on the rich so they can create jobs, privatize social security, turn medicare completely over to the insurance companies (that's a hoot, isn't it?), he believes in some sort of graduated flat tax- you know, just the standard Republican BS.

However, he is young, smart, and resourceful. Over a year ago there was talk about him jumping into the race for the White House. He is too smart for that. I think he believes that Obama is unbeatable. But, I am almost sure he plans a run for 2016.
