I would replace the memory card. They don't last forever.

Replacing the cards is a cheap and easy way to find out. Just shot about 1,000+ images with this camera and card, and only one is wacked out like this.

Hi,

I've shot with a lot of cards, some very used. I've had this exact problem. Replaced the card, no more issues. I thought it could have been the reader, or the transfer process or a load of other things, but my £ would be on a card issue.

Replaced most of my cards. No further issues, so far.
