My New Nikon 24-70 Will Not Zoom now???? - PhotoCamel

New Nikon 24-70 Zoom was working went to use it today and you cant zoom its very very hard to zoom what happened

It was not dropped and was in my bag and worked the last time anyone have this issue

?
I have had it like 60 days maybe what do I do?

Well, you could smack it up-side the head

However if it were mine I'd ship it off pronto to Nikon service.

Bryan, obviously something is wrong, and continued use ins not likely to help. 60 days old, the dealer probably wont help you. As long as it is not gray-market, ship it to Nikon Service for warranty repair.

i concur with Jeff .. if it has waranty just ship it in to nikon (insured and well packed)

See the "observations" at the bottom f the report....seems like you have experienced a common malady with this lens.
