Default cheapest place (online or off) to buy a d70 or d70s kit?

Outside of the crappy and unreliable online stores, does anyone know of a good online store or brick & mortar store that has a good price on a d70 kit or d70s kit? B&H has a sale on the d70s kit for $850, so I want to know about any reliable place with a lower price than that.

We currently have about $550 to spend, but are hoping to have upwards of $800 or so sooner or later. All of the camera shops in my city are out of the D70's, and I'm not familiar with any of the other stores in my region (Seattle, Portland, Vancouver, etc...). Does anyone know of any stores elsewhere in the US that will ship to the Seattle area with good deals?

To clarify.. I'm looking for a new D70 or D70s kit (meaning the 18-70 dx lens.. not some other lens kit). I'd be shocked to find a lower price than $850 for the D70s kit, but I'm betting that there are stores here and there with that still has a D70 or two in stock.

TIA!

The B&H kit for $850 with the "psmar06" coupon code is the best price I've seen. $550 would get you, essentially, a D50 body and a $100 lens. Good luck with your search.

By the way, welcome to the Camel!

thanks...
yeah, I know about the b&h psmar deal right now. I don't want a D50... I'm just hoping for a bit of a better deal with a left over new D70 from somewhere. As I said, the few shops around me are sold out

The psmar is the best I've seen around as far as all the reputable stores go. You can't go wrong with B&H. I've bought many many many items from them... lenses, cameras, gear, stands, you name it.

yeah I know.. just hoping to find a cheaper deal by buying the d70 somewhere. I may end up getting a d70 used.. but I'd rather have it all new if possible.

I'd sell you a D100 if you're interested...
