I've acquired a HK-14 hood for my 20mm f/2.8 AIS Nikkor, but the thumbscrew required to secure the hood is missing, with a damaged portion of it remaining. How feasible would it be to replace it, and what would I replace it with?

well have it drilled out and fitted with a new thumb screw? any machine shop should be able to do it.
