Your efforts to search the internet and assemble all these references are certainly appreciated.

But have you looked at the Forum "Tutorials" in the first section. It contains sub-forums for Education sites, Files & Videos. Since most of what you have assembled is not specific to Nikon equipment, I believe these posts would be better placed in that forum. Canon folks might benefit as well.
