Maximum CF card size for D70s? - PhotoCamel

Can anyone help me by telling me the maximum size card that this camera takes, are the approved listings in the manual the limit or can higher cards be used please?

Going by the San Disk Site, which by the way I do see has been updated but keeping this in mind I dont see the Nikon D3, D300 or even the D700 here. But the D60 and D90 are.

As far as the D70, the site says (but these numbers have now been raised and where lower till very recently):

Extreme IV at 8 Gig
Extreme III at a whopping 16 Gig
Ultra II at 8 Gig
