Default D300/D2x LightRoom Presets
Check these out. They are quite handy as one click solutions to your RAW workflow if you want to have the flexibility of RAW but the convenience of the Picture Controls in the D300.

This guy offers free presets that emulate the look that the Picture Controls create in NX. I have been lookign for something like this for a while, and I have to tell you, they are pretty neat...
