Has anybody used a Lensbaby with a D300?
If so, how do you get it to meter exposure? Thanks for any advice. __________________

Lensbabies don't meter. You're on your own. Take a wild guess and chimp.
But I love mine! Here's two recent shots from my trip to italy... ![]() ![]() |

Very nice shots! Alternatively you might want to try with a tilt adapter and an old medium format lens. I have that combo on the way.
For the tilt adapter you might want to take a look at: Arax Photo | Russian Hasselblad series medium format cameras, lenses and accessories I am going to use old Carl Zeiss Jena lenses from my Pentacon Six camera system with it. My choice will be the 4 / 50 Zeiss Flektogon. I will post once the stuff has arrived. Alternatively you could give a Russian medium format wide angle (around 50mm) a try. Cheers, Sean. |

Thanks folks. But the reason I asked the question was because I heard somewhere (don't remember where I'm afraid) that the D300 does meter with the Lensbabies. I know it won't with, for instance, my D80 or D100. Just wondered.
