Default D80 tutorial/manual book

Someone mentioned a book specially written for D40 and D80 cameras.
Does anyone know whats the name or links to books for the D80 ?

TIA !

How about one for the D300?

Noticed 119 viewing today...the most I have ever seen for the Nikon forum!
