nice... glad they put a list together like this. It helps people realize how many lenses will autofocs on the D40

of course... not many of those are very cheap lenses. And I don't know how many people are going to be buying the D40 (especially since the D50 isn't selling for much more right now) who will be spending $500 or $1000 on each lens they buy.

what i forgot is the 80-400os is not hsm. but it is like the canon lenses, it has a onboard slow focus motor. if sigma can add this to there line up it will help.
