Urgent:Choice between Tamron 10-24/3.5-4.5 and Tokina 11-16/2.8

Yes, it is a hard choice. Especially coz I live in a place where trying out lenses for a long time in the store is difficult and return policies are almost nonexistent. Thank you

off course these are just a few suggestions

Tokina is a good brand , and due to the F2.8 aperture you can also shoot with ambient light easier without having to raise the iso to uncomfortable levels

Can't afford the nikkor, Dirk, so I didn't even check these out at the store . But thank you for your suggestions. I will definitely try the tokina ... D-day is drawing close and I can't afford to dilly dally

Sorry for the delay...I bought the Tokina 11-16/2.8 . Went to the store, picked it up, didn't check anything else out at all. Have been tremendously busy, so haven't shot anything much yet. Hoping to come back from the holiday with some good pictures. Thank you everyone for your advice and patience.
