Default Deer Pure Luck

I was doing a shoot with a model today and the deer popped up. I had the model run to the truck and grab the camera bag. I threw the 70-200L on as fast as I could and this was the best shot I could get. They were quite far away. I wish I would have tried the 70-300IS. Oh well at least I have proof.

Was that a word from our sponsers?
Hey great photo of the deer family. There's one up the road from where I'm staying and I've been trying to catch them. Seems they roam where I can see them only in the middle of the night. And the most they ever show me it their tail ends. Good capture of the facing you and ears forward.

Regards
Steve

At least they stood still for ya Great shots. I take my camera to work with me every day. Most times it's sitting on the front seat beside me. I see deer almost every day on my way to work but it's hard to get a good shot from a car (when you stop, they disappear )
