I can't share on DPR because I don't have a digital camera yet.* I can share here...how fun is that!?* *
![]() Ok, I'm just going to slap up 3 of my flower pictures.* All taken on ISO 200 film but heck if I remember the other settings.* All taken with the kit lens of my 2000 rebel, 1 of them with the lens reversed and another with a nifty little magnification lens thingy my Father-In-Law gave me. ![]() A day lily with absolutely no pp at all.* It is not a great scan, but I still kind of like the picture...it sort of has an S shape in it so it is as if I started to sign the picture.* ![]() ![]() This one has minimal pp to it.* Cleaned up the background a little after the scan added nasty smudges and crud to it, then darkened the background and lightly diffused the flower. ![]() LOADS of pp to this one.* I am thinking it will make a nice card to sell out of little tea houses and places like that. I'm anxious to get a few rolls of film developed because I think I may have a couple more flower pictures I'll really like.* Till then...what are your favourite flower pictures you've taken? I like the Lily shot. I've also taken a lot of pictures of Lily's. They grow a lot of them around my area, so I'm always picking some up at the store and bringing them home to shoot. I'm always playing around with lighting with them as well.
Here is one of the Star Gazer Lily shots I took. ![]() Here is a Yellow Lily that I used some Photoshop Smudg tool on to add a little artistic touch. ![]() I have a bunch more, but plan on posting them in a seperate thread. I've just not gotten around to it yet. Mike __________________
