Harry, thanks for looking and I'm glad you found the shots interesting.

FWIW I followed the growth process of the youngsters for quite a few months. Here is another shot of an immature Australian Black Swan that shows dramatic changes between the two shots in my original post above. The youngster in this picture has certainly lost the "cute" look (politically correct text for "duck ugly").
