Default Proud photo camel

Here's a camel I saw at a drive through game park recently. He looks like he should have some photoshop done to include a camera 'round his neck, to take pictures of all the tourists driving by, don't you think? You're welcome to play with it if you want. Just posted it because I thought the subject matter was relevant!

Note that this is a camel with taste, hence use of Oly E-1*

Haa!! I love it! What a great billboard he makes!

I did a quick (not very good) edit job to get rid of the distracting monkey bars behind him. Anyone else want to try? (Maybe I should have posted this under a different heading??)

It looks like an artifact of too much sharpening. Did you sharpen it in-camera and post-camera? If not, then maybe it's a result of jpeg compression.
I think a polarizer would have been a great idea! Unfortunately, this was shot with my digital P&S, for which I have no adaptor or capability to use filters. I did do some unsharp masking in PE3 - certainly could have been overdone. My untrained eye did not catch the artifacts you spoke of. I'm quite new to this post-processing thing! You've given me something to look out for. The pic was posted purely for fun, but I appreciate the critique.
