A very nice shot. Nice framing and color. I don't know if a small bump in brightness and contrast would help or if that would take away from the snowy mood of the photo. I like the choice of focus point (the front left bird). It puts the last bird (rear left) just enough out of focus to give a nice feeling of depth in what otherwise might have been a flat-looking field. Great shot!!! (I love bluejays, too.)
