Camel Karma questions... - PhotoCamel

Is there a thread with the guidelines on what CamelKarma is and what are the guidelines for giving good and bad karmas? There have been a few here that I feel (I'm very new here) that go out of their way to help with tutorials and give detailed explanations on hard topics. Any good reading anywhere on the Karma topic so I can learn what it's about?

I don't believe there are any rules as far as that goes. If you feel someone deserves some positive or negative feedback place it.

This is a very pleasant community. I have only found 1 or 2 times I've felt the need to give negative feedback. As far as positive, I give it when someone has really helped me, posted an inspiring photo, had a good joke, a welcome aboard to get 'em going, and a few other occasions. I hope this helps.

Come to think of it, I think I gave out a round of Karma when a few members hit the 3000 post mark. That was quite a while ago. I think a few are coming up on 6000. Might be time to buy another round.
