There are a few issues when using this sort of camera.

Using a MF digital back on a camera with a sliding back creates the opportunity for lots of dust swirling around and landing on the chip.

Ground glass focusing when the digital back is out of view of the lens surely limits this camera to still-life, architectural or landscape photography since you can't see through the lens when making the exposure.

I've used medium format backs on view cameras with sliding backs and have experienced these issues first hand. It's a lot of inconvenience for the ability to use swings and tilts. And when you do use swings and tilts on a digital sensor you often get color shifts across the sensor as the light rays are no longer hitting the receptors on the chip properly.

Still if you need tilts and swings for sharpness control there are many other choices in digital view cameras though maybe they may not be as inexpensive as this one.

In its day the Cambo Ultima 35 was the only choice for using a DSLR with shifts and tilts. But it was huge and clumsy and not very friendly with wide angle lenses.

This Cambo X2 Pro is the way to go today.. Cambo X2-Pro View Camera Kit for Canon EOS 1D Series - CB4600K1 -

I've seen that, but is it just as powerfull?. Pro looks to me a version for outdoors, ultima a version for indoors/studio.

Rense,

Remember, we're not trying to stuff film holders into the back of the camera like we used to do with view cameras. All you need is the ability to focus precisely, lock the movements securely and use a cable release to make the exposure.

All the issues of using a digital chip with swings and tilts and the resulting color shifts across the chip remain.
