Its a pretty flower. I like the composition and lighting, and the vignette helps a lot too.

However for me, the dof on the flower is too shallow. I find the oof bits a distraction. I know its hard to balance not having the background in focus with having the flower in focus.

To get the flower in focus, and not be distracted with the background, you would have to either get much closer, and to remove the background completely and fill the frame with only the flower, or use a shallow depth of field, and focus stack your images to create one image with the flower in focus, and the background blured.
