Took a snap of an almost mono colored yellow tulip. I did find it tough to focus, though. I had to focus on the ends of the things sticking up and then guess on getting the focus point right so I'd get reasonable DOF. I considered spraying some water on it which seems to be pretty common or almost a rule for flowers, but in the end, left it as is.

Maybe I should have done the water squirt. C&C always welcome.

Nope - I think it's great the way it is. This item has plenty of detail without droplets. And mind you I am a BIG fan of droplets, so my saying so is a big deal. lol

Thanks. I never have done droplets so I may continue this way, Athena.

Gautam - I intentionally darkened to bring out detail. The as shot look is just a vague yellow glow which I considered uninteresting and also didn't show the center structures properly
