I love these photos and have been having a hard time trying to find out some information on stacking for focus. Anyone got any tips for a macro near-virgin? Brian I love your work, it always seems to leap from the page with life, weather it be animal, vegetable, mineral or water...lol.. anyway, I would love to learn this technique, just don't know much about it. My macros seem to suffer from the variations in focus that you get with one flat shot. Stacking obviously would help me to get more detail in focus, just not sure how on earth to do that.

Sorry to hijack your thread, but you are one of my "online mentors"....lol

Your first post above is to me utterly amazing, I've not been able to capture that range of clarity in my focus. Simply brilliant.
