Thought I'd give the Orton effect a try on this Breath of Heaven flower (approx 5mm across). I quite liked the dreamy effect it gave, althought not sure if it's too much? C&C appreciated. Thanks for looking

The composition and the color are very lovely on this shot, and that glow that the orton process gives makes it for me.
Sometimes atmosphere and color are more important than "tack sharp," especially with flowers. You've given me encouragement to buck the "tack trend" and post an orton from time to time. |
