If you look closely you can see the leaf from my Plumeria plant.

That thing looks like it's gong to crawl out of my monitor. I love it.

Technically: cactus needles are leaves that have been modified through evolution, so here you go!

Yes, I was thinking the same thing but I have none in my garden. Nice photo.
Attached find a photo of some new sprouting leaves of the vine known as: Vitis vinifera. I am told that this vine is known to produce eatable fruit. |

Newbie here so I would like any comments on how to improve please these were shot with a canon D60 a 100mm macro and a 550 speedlite flash to fill shadows and daylight on top of a piece of white plastic sheeting.the file is not raw as i cannot change the settings at the moment due to lcd screen not working. I can get a closer image but did not like the visual image that I got.

Ah ha! This is just the place I was looking for! I had posted this picture in another thread, but I see this is the better place for it. I'm new here, so I'm still trying to find my way around.
Here's one of my shots. It's a shot of some canna leaves with evening side light. No photoshopping done here. Let me know what you all think! ![]() |

Thanks, AfricanButterflies! Appreciate it! I just went to the Butterfly House in St. Louis, so your pictures are quite interesting, and lovely as well.
