Default Hornets Nest

All summer I have been walking under this nest, and didn't even know it was there.

Interesting to see where one of our subjects lives- always think these are architectural masterpieces

Thanks everybody. It's not a house but a business building on Madison Ave & MLK in downtown Seattle. I deliver to the cafe that is right under that tree. The nest is about 20 feet up. Thought I would get some pictures before their landlord gets rid of the nest. That's the biggest nest I have ever seen, most of the others I have seen are no bigger then a silver dollar. This one is a little bigger then my head.

Amazing! Both the structure and that it's been hiding up there over your head all summer.

Well, that tree was full of leaves all summer, so no one ever saw it till the leaves fell out.
