These coins are also rather worn.
![]() ![]() I took this quite a while ago. Once I get unpacked and settled in maybe I can do a new one for the challenge. ![]() __________________

I do coin photography for investors that spend maga dollars on coins. This is one area of photography I enjoy the most. The first photo is a group of dollar coins that I will be photographing later today for an investor. The biggest problem is learning how to photograph coins that are encapsulated, and getting the detail to standout. Proof coins (high mirror suface) are harder yet to photograph if the lighting is not done correctly. The Half dollar is a proof coin not photographed correctly. The last coin (which I've already post) also a proof coin, was photographed correctly. Sorry if I have taken this off track. If I have please remove my post.

I myself would love to try coaxial lighting, but I am not sure I will have time/energy to set it up in time for this challenge. |
