It is going to start getting cold outside and it about time to spend some time inside with the camera.
This has been around for awhile now and I have got back some very good feedback on it from all over the world. This is not an earth shaking thing but it is a good place to start for those table top shots. Yes I know It is not a lightbox is should be called light tent, but that is the way it is..... I built it a few years ago and have had so much fun using it and taking all kinds of different shots with it I thought maybe someone would like to see it. It has been posted on many forum by many different people but I thought I would post it here just in case you have not see it. Its cheap and easy to build and takes up no room when not in use. This is the link to the gallery that will show you just how I made mine, you can use it as a starting point for yours. http://www.pbase.com/wlhuber/light_box_light_tent This is one of my favorite images taken in the light box. ![]() __________________

Bill,
I really like this shot quite a bit.... So close I can taste it! Have you considered cloning out the little bits here and there? Cleaned up a bit, this could do quite well as a stock photo. KB |

Lovely image and colours. As Kevin says, a bit of cleaning up would add the finishing touch.
I have come across your light box page previously (I get the impression it's quite well known on the web!). Has inspired me to look at setting up something similar to keep me occupied in the gathering gloom. |

I really have never done anything with it, I don't or haven't mess with any stock photo sites. I have thought that it would look better if it was cropped at the top a little. |

It does make me feel good to get an email from someone that really likes it and use it. I got an email once from a guy that is using it to take pictures of his jewelry he makes and it really working out great. He ask for my address and sent my wife a beautiful pin. |

Nice shot and good saturated color without over doing it. I've done some oranges, limes, strawberries, and a few other things like this but I dunked them into soda water to get a bubble effect on them. I did it inside a light tent as well.
Nice job, Bill. Mike |
