The first one is really lovely. I have enjoyed seeing your water shots. Am I right in remembering that you are doing them with real water and not the PS filter? I'd love to hear more about how you set these up.

Yes, you are right. There is no application of any "flood filter". The trick really is how much ripple to create and time lapse before you take the picture. In this case, since this was taken in a small pond (of a botanical garden) the tripod was fully extended and deep in water with camera barely about four inches above the water level.

Excellent - somehow that makes it all the more exciting than a studio shot. I was wondering if this was the case as I think I can see the shadows of the real life scene in the dark background. Lovely work!
