That's straight out of Fantasia, or Alice in Wonderland!! What a wonderful capture! Bravo!!! My only thought is that I would like to see the front leaves in focus also, although the DoF does work well.

We have yards, but I think they're slightly different in concept to how they are referred to the the US. e.g. I have a yard at the back of the house, that's maybe 20 or 30 feet long. After that is the garden that is much longer (100 yards/metres or so), and which I mow! The yard will be a hard substance - stone/concrete etc.

It really does look sad. Poor little thing is about to get mowed!
We mow our garden, long about August when the weeds have over taken it and we just give up.  __________________
