Nikon SB900 and D200 How to Operate Wireless?
Trying to trigger the flash wireless anyone tell me the settings

same as all the others i assume?
in camera it should be e3 set for commander mode and its pretty straight forward after that set channel and group flash gets set for remote and follows guidelines set by camera (+/- ev etc) be sure to set same channel and group |

I need to have the pop up flash up? I set the SB900 to REMOTE correct? and inside the Camera to Commander?

ya bryan..pop 'er up
and if you dont want the onboard flash to effect the shot use "--" for master i tried looking for the D200 manual on the nikon US site but that's like navigating the pacific in a dinghy  but it should operate exactly the same as your 300/700, i know my 80s do |
